Shipping Methods & Delivery
• We ship worldwide using DHL Express or other reliable courier services.
• Estimated delivery times:
• UAE & GCC: 1–3 business days
• International: 4–10 business days
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Packaging
• All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Signed Funko Pops and high-value TCG cards are shipped in hard protectors or acrylic cases for extra safety.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
• Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor box imperfections that do not affect the item’s overall value
• Differences in packaging stickers (retail/exclusive variants)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• We will assess the case and may:
• Offer a replacement (if available)
• Issue a refund or store credit
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an order has been shipped and tracking provided, Espada Collector is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
